Speaking further, he revealed that the mulberry is rich in phytonutrients like cyaniding and glucoside, helping with filtering impurities from the blood. Dr Kumar added that this fruit is very beneficial for people suffering from any conditions related to the nervous system. Furthermore, mulberry has certain properties which accelerate the process of insulin production in the body. So, this berry can be very good for people suffering from the condition of diabetes. The doctor further states that this fruit could also be helpful for weight loss and can improve your gut health.
